Acceptance of Terms
By using Photo2Form, including the CNC 3D relief carving tool and the laser engraving tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Image Rights and Content
By using Photo2Form, you confirm that:
- You have the legal right to use and reproduce any images you upload.
- You accept full responsibility for the content you upload.
- Photo2Form and its creators are not responsible for any misuse, copyright violations, or legal consequences resulting from the use of this tool.
Assumption of Risk
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF PHOTO2FORM OUTPUT FILES WITH CNC MACHINES, LASER ENGRAVERS, OR ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
By using Photo2Form, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with:
- CNC machining: Including but not limited to equipment damage, material waste, tool breakage, workpiece ejection, fire, personal injury, or death.
- Laser engraving: Including but not limited to eye damage from laser radiation, burns, fire, toxic fumes from material processing, property damage, personal injury, or death.
- Material preparation: Including risks from spray coatings (TiO2, paints), chemical handling, and material cutting/sizing.
The settings, recommendations, and output files provided by Photo2Form are suggestions only and are not guaranteed to be safe or appropriate for your specific equipment, materials, or environment. You are solely responsible for:
- Verifying all settings are appropriate for your specific machine and material
- Testing on scrap material before final production runs
- Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses, laser safety eyewear, hearing protection, etc.)
- Ensuring proper ventilation, fire safety equipment, and safe working conditions
- Following all manufacturer guidelines for your equipment
- Never leaving running equipment unattended
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PHOTO2FORM, ITS CREATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Personal injury or death
- Property damage or loss
- Equipment damage or destruction
- Loss of materials or work product
- Business interruption or lost profits
- Data loss
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if Photo2Form has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
No Warranty
Photo2Form is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- Output files will be error-free or produce the desired results
- Recommended settings will be safe or optimal for your specific setup
- The service will be uninterrupted or available at all times
- AI-generated depth maps will accurately represent the source image
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Photo2Form, its creators, and operators from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your use of output files with any equipment.
Restricted Jurisdictions and Export Compliance
This service is not available to users located in, or residents of, countries or regions subject to comprehensive sanctions by the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the European Union, or the United Nations. These currently include but are not limited to:
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea (DPRK)
- Syria
- The Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine
By using Photo2Form, you represent and warrant that:
- You are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any sanctioned country or territory
- You are not on any U.S. government restricted parties list, including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List
- You will not use the service in violation of any applicable export control or sanctions laws
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access from any jurisdiction at any time, without notice, to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Subscription and Payment Terms
If you subscribe to a paid plan:
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel at any time.
- Refunds: No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Price changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
- Service availability: While we strive for high uptime, subscription fees do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where the service operator resides.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days notice via email to registered users. Continued use of Photo2Form after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
